Henry Uy

Henry brings more than three decades of experience across business, accounting, software, and ERP. He began his software career at Accpac International in R&D and QA before moving into Professional Services, where he helped clients solve system problems and improve how ERP supported the business. He later built his own software development and consulting practice and has worked across retail, distribution, and other operationally complex environments.

Much of Henry’s career has involved stepping into difficult ERP problems, including implementations and customizations already under pressure. At Vantris, he brings the judgment to understand the business quickly, separate symptoms from root causes, and help the team choose a practical path forward.
